I found myself torn when searching for an alternative to my old Canon Pixma MX925, which had finally given up on me with its predictable print quality issues. Reviews suggested the PIXMA G4570 as a more reliable replacement, boasting mega ink tanks and automatic duplex printing capabilities that I've grown accustomed to. However, the drawbacks quickly became apparent: the user interface is awkwardly designed, making it difficult for me to read the tiny display screen without a magnifying glass, which is a constant pain when trying to make sense of what's on there.

I was surprised by how little use I get out of the print tray - it seems like an afterthought compared to the rest of the machine. Setting up the wireless connection has been a frustrating experience, as it keeps dropping off in certain locations.
