MEAL PLANNING - Use it to help you stick to that diet by planning your meals in advance. The boxes are large enough for you to add several meals for different people in the house. Use a different colour pen for different people so you know instantly who is having what and by doing it in advance avoid those "I don't feel like that" moments!
BODY BUILDING / GYM CLASSES - Plan all those important protein and carbohydrate intakes at the right times and plan and record gym sessions and calories each day. Having a view of what you have done each day and week helps keep you on track.
SHOPPING LIST - Simply add things to the list when you run out and then take a quick photo of the shopping list when it's time to go to the supermarket. If you pick something up whilst you're out just use the eraser on the pen to remove it from the list.
